Signing Ceremony of Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) on the feasibility study for the development of proposed satellite city in Uganda by Malaysian Incorporated Berhad( Malaysian Inc) on 12th December 2017. The ceremony was witnessed by Y.B. Dato'sri Mustapha Bin Mohamed, Minister of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia (MITI) accompanied by Datuk Isham Ishak, Deputy Secretary General (Trade) MITI, Ir. Dr. Mohd Shahreen Zainooreen Madros, Chief Executive Officer MATRADE, Tan Sri Dato'sri Ar. Hj Esa, Chairman Malaysian Inc, Pn. Linda Zain, chief Executive Officer Malaysian Inc.
The delegation from Republic of Uganda included Hon. Isaac Isanga Musumba(Head of Delegation), Minister of State for Urban Development, Mrs. Dorcus W. Okalany, Permanent Secretary Ministry of lands, Housing and Urban Development, Mr. Vincent B. Byendaimira, Commissioner Physical planning, Ministry of lands, Housing and Urban Development and Ms. Annette Kiraza Balagadde, Senior Assistant Secretary/PA Minister of State, Urban Development. The ceremony was also witnessed by Ambassador Dorothy Samali Hyuha.
